What's the difference between the free and paid license and how many licenses do I need?
The free tier allows you to test Project Plan and the integration with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint and Excel as long as you need. The only limitation is that you cannot create or edit project plans that exceed 10 tasks or work items. To create larger plans, we ask you to purchase a license.
A license is required for each user who creates or edits larger project plans (e.g. project managers). Those team members that just need to view project plans in read-only mode can also use the free tier.
Example: If you have 3 users that create/edit project plans and a team of 10 users who view plans in read-only mode, we ask you to purchase 3 licenses.

If I use Project Plan in PowerPoint and send a PPT presentation file with my project plan to another person, what would they see?
The other user will see a pop up in PowerPoint to trust the Project Plan add-in. The add-in will then install automatically and can be used immediately.
Read-only access is always possible without a payed license. -

I cannot find my invoice.
The receipt is sent automatically through our reseller paddle.net immediately after your purchase. It is sent from the e-mail address help@paddle.com to your stated address, where you received the license key. Please also check your private and business e-mail accounts. In the e-mail, there is a link to the actual receipt, which also allows to enter your preferred billing address. If you cannot find the e-mail anymore, please use the chatbot at paddle.net to request a new receipt.
