You can terminate your subscription at any time, there is no prior notice period. After termination of the subscription, you can continue to use all features of your Project Plan license until the end of your current license term.
To terminate your subscription, you have got three options:
1) Use the link in your license email
At the time you purchased your license, you received an email with the subject "Your Project Plan PRO license key".
That email contains a link to terminate your subscription.
2) Terminate your subscription directly from Project Plan
- In the Project Plan app, open the general menu on the top right corner and select License Manager.
- Then click Terminate Subscription and confirm your termination in the browser.
3) Contact Paddle
If your license is not set up in Project Plan and you cannot find your license email, please go to Paddle.net to relate your payment with your e-mail address and terminate your subscription at our reseller.
